Beverly Hospital is a community hospital and consists of 10 operating rooms at the main campus and 4 operating rooms at the Lahey Outpatient Surgery Center located in Danvers, MA. We provide a wide range of specialties including; orthopedics, GYN, general, vascular, thoracic, spine, pediatrics, cysto, and ENT. The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe patient care for patients undergoing operative and other invasive procedures.
Beverly Hospital, located in Beverly Massachusetts is part of the Lahey Health System.
The Clinical Care Coordinator provides accountability for the clinical and management functions, as well as monitoring and evaluating activities pertinent to the operations of the Surgical Unit.
The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for supervision of day to day operations during the evening shift and of staff who are providing direct patient care. They are responsible for assisting in managing supplies and equipment needed for day to day operations. The Clinical Care Coordinator works closely with the nurse manager, charge nurse, and the charge anesthesiologist in managing the day to day flow and scheduling of surgical procedures.
40 hour evening shift position
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- CNOR preferred
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in an operating room environment required, or graduated from a Peri Op 101 educational program.
