The Lead Case Worker – Community Support Program,is responsible forproviding outreach case management services and coordination of treatment to a clinically diverse population, including obtaining and managing prior authorizations from insurance companies and conducting telephonic clinical reviews. In addition to direct client service provision, the Lead CSP;
Job Responsibilities;
Assigns and tracks new clients from all two ATS sites to RSN staff
Conducts and tracks regular compliance audits of client records at two ATS sites
Provides onsite program orientation and shadowing opportunities to new employees
Communicates with staff and the Clinical Supervisorregarding any pertinent program issues
Demonstrates good boundaries regarding confidentiality and personal relationships, while at the same time be able to share personal knowledge about recovering from mental illness and/or substance use, as applicable
Demonstrates the ability to evaluate what is needed by each individual and adjust approach accordingly
Demonstrates excellent communication, documentation, time management and organizational skills
Experience with accessing resources and navigating mental health and/or substance abuse treatment systems a priority
This role has no direct supervisory oversight
Job Qualifications;
Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work or related human services field required. Experience delivering community based services is a plus. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, LADC/CADC preferred.
