Below is a glimpse of what we offer:
Pharmacy Technician Training Program
A dynamic 4–5 month paid training opportunity, preparing you for a career as a Pharmacy Technician. This program combines online and experiential learning at our facilities, culminating in licensure as a MA Pharmacy Technician. Participants enjoy full-time pay and benefits, with flexible learning schedules tailored to integrate online courses and hands-on experience.
Phlebotomy Training Program
Offered across multiple BILH locations, this program spans approximately three weeks of classroom instruction and 100 hours of clinical training. You will master skills in specimen collection and processing under the guidance of experienced phlebotomists, preparing you for immediate entry-level roles within our system.
Surgical Technology Training Program
In collaboration with Lasell University, this 16-month program equips current BILH employees with the skills needed for surgical technology. Classes are held in the evenings to accommodate working students, featuring extensive hands-on training and clinical rotations within our network.
