Day (United States of America)*Obtaining the medical records and other pertinent data required for Third Party Audits.*Logs audit information into computer systems.

Obtain medical records within the established record system of the hospital that are being requested by Third Party Auditors.
Ensure that the pertinent information being requested is present by reviewing electronic medical records.
Notify supervisor if additional action is necessary to obtain complete medical record documentation.
Review medical record information as requested by obtaining record information as requested and make available to reviewer.
Ensure that all information is complete uploading to requestor
Log and update data into the computer tracking system
Ensure all requests are made available to the reviewer prior to the due date.
Preferred Qualification:
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Medical Terminology (preferred)
*Epic experience preferred
*Must be detailed orientated, able to multitask and excellent customer service
