Working under the direction of Manager, Web Apps Development, the incumbent is responsible for developing, testing, updating and supporting web applications, electronic forms, SharePoint applications and Sitecore applications. The incumbent must demonstrate strong technical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work on development projects independently and ensure that business specifications and end user requirements are met and projects are delivered on time. The incumbent must have the ability to provide effective peer support
and help troubleshoot complex issues.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Leverages solid understanding of web applications including web security, design(HTML and CSS), and best development practices to
meet business needs. (essential)
2. Integrates data from various back-end services and databases. (essential)
3. Collaborates with other team members to implement websites and other web projects. (essential)
4. Assists with gathering requirements based on client specifications and technical needs. (essential)
5. Creates timeframes and work schedules to meet deadlines. (essential)
6. Communicates effectively with clients and teams. (essential)
7. Assists and trains junior developers when needed. (essential)
8. Debugs websites and ensure software documentation is updated. (essential)
9. Provides on-call support as needed. (essential)


Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field required.

2. 5-8 years related work experience required in in web development.
3. Proven working experience in web programming. Experience working in Windows and Linux environments.
4. Practical experience with content management systems. Experience with most of the following programming languages: C#, ASP.NET, PHP or JavaScript.
5. Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of ASP.NET CORE, Site Core, SharePoint, and Office 365(especially Power Automate and PowerApps) a plus. Knowledge of a Git code management solution such as GitHub. Knowledge of relational database systems, SQL a plus.
