This staff position will have a positive impact on our clients by providing fast and efficient installations.

Required:
*Associate degree or 2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience:
NOTE: WILL TRAIN the right person who hasat least 3 years' experience in one or a combination of the following fields:
- Working with the elderly or in a clinical healthcare position
- A trade position involving customer relations.
- Sales or strong customer service experience
Must be fully vaccinated for the FLU w/n the last 12 months and fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including one booster.
For safety and quality reasons, must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English with patients, visitors, and fellow members of the hospital team.
Preferred:
- Experience with equipment installation
- Healthcare experience
Travel requirements:
- Travel within the local area to clients" homes, providing your transportation
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Delivers equipment to customers for installation in their homes.
- Installs equipment in customers' homes while respecting their privacy and space.
- Arranges for telephone and electrical adjustments of the system if needed.
- Troubleshoots and problem-solves situations that may occur with the equipment and service.
- Trains subscribers and family/caregivers to use the equipment and service.
- Completes and submits weekly time sheets and other required documentation
- Must be personable and professional
- *Able to work independently
