Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency-24 hours, evening

Job Description:

Addison Gilbert Hospital is located in Gloucester, MA, conveniently 50 miles northeast of Boston. Addison Gilbert Hospital is a 79-bed medical acute care facility that provides inpatient and outpatient care to residents of the Cape Ann Community. 

Addison Gilbert Emergency Department is a Stroke Ready Hospital.  We serve as a primary point of entry for patients accessing this service.  The department is staffed with Emergency Medicine Board Certified Physicians 24/7.

  • There are 10 private exam rooms equipped to serve a multitude of needs, i.e. cardiac, pediatric, OBGYN, and respiratory emergencies.
  • We are also able to support our patients with Behavioral Health emergencies with BILH Crisis Screening capabilities and Recovery Coach supports.
  • ED Technicians provide ancillary patient support

Requirements

  • This is a 30-hour a week, every other weekend and rotating holidays (11AM-9PM)
  • Emergency Nursing experience strongly preferred
  • MA RN license, BLS, ACLS required, and PALS can be obtained on hire
  • Telemetry experience preferred
  • BSN preferred

 

 

Pay Range:

$36.00 – $79.12

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.  The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
