Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, part of BILH, is looking for a skilled Robotic Surgery Advanced Practitioner (NP w/ RNFA or PA) to join a Nationally-recognized leading multi-specialty robotic surgery program.
Your role:
- Robotic Procedures: Assist in robotic-assisted surgeries
- Patient Care: Conduct pre-op evaluations, educate patients, and monitor during procedures
- Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot robotic systems
- Data: Collect and analyze surgical data to improve techniques
- Education: Train staff on robotic surgical procedures
- Quality: Adhere to safely protocols and participate in quality assurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate robotic surgical systems (e.g., da Vinci).
- Collaborate with surgeons and medical professionals.
- Ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide patient education and counseling.
- Maintain accurate surgical records.
- Participate in training and education programs.
Requirements:
- Valid PA, NP license.
- 2-3+ years surgical experience, including robotic surgery.
- Proficiency with robotic surgical systems.
- Strong anatomical and surgical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:
$133,120.00 USD – $215,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
