Surgical Efficiency: Perform all surgical cases at a single site: Anna Jaques Hospital.
Clinical Environment
You will be supported by a full complement of services and a collaborative multidisciplinary team, including:

Advanced Imaging: On-site digital mammography, 3D tomosynthesis, and breast ultrasound/MRI.

Expert Support: Access to specialized oncology nursing, pathology, and radiation oncology partners within the BILH network.

Patient-Centric Care: A seamless referral base through the Seacoast Affiliated Group Practices.
Qualifications

Board Certified: General Surgery.

Fellowship Trained: Society of Surgical Oncology (SSO) recognized Breast Fellowship.

Experience: Proven track record in a comprehensive breast center.

Leadership: Ability to mentor staff and spearhead program development.

Pay Range:
$350,000.00 USD – $450,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
