Job Description:
Operating Room Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)- Per-Diem
Winchester Hospital
Join Winchester Hospital as a skilled and experienced NP or PA. You'll assist specialist physicians and deliver high-quality patient care.
What You'll Do:

First assist in the operating room, including robotic surgery.

Perform bedside procedures.

Provide post-op care in the ICU and on the floor.

Evaluate and admit patients from the ED.

Evaluate surgical consults.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
NP or PA license.
-
Clinical experience in Surgical Services with first-assist ability.
-
State and Federal DEA licensure.
-
BLS and ACLS.
-
Basic computer skills (EPIC preferred).
Preferred Experience:
-
At least 1 year of clinical experience in a specialty.
-
Experience managing General, Vascular, Thoracic, Spine, and Gynecologic Oncology surgical patients.

Experience with chest tube placement and management.

Pay Range:
$56.25 – $91.83
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
