✅ What You’ll Do

  • Provide high‑quality nursing care from admission through discharge
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Educate and support patients and families
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, team‑oriented environment
  • Practice in alignment with hospital policies, MA Nurse Practice Act, and ANA standards

 

📋 Required Qualifications

  • Current Massachusetts RN license
  • BLS Certification required
  • BSN preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient‑focused skill
  • One year medical/surgical experience required. 
  • Previous IV Therapy Team experience preferred.
  • Excellent IV placement skills and management of central lines required. 
  • PICC placement preferred. 
  • Peripheral lab drawing experience required.  
  • Applicant Requirements: must possess exceptional vascular access skills;. 
  • Responsible for the placement of Peripheral IV's, the care, troubleshooting and maintenance of PIV and central lines for patients of all ages (pediatric to elderly) and phlebotomy support.

Pay Range:

$36.00 – $79.12

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.  The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
