Job Description:

The Lead RSN will support the RSN staff with guidance in resource navigation, productivity reviews, and operational oversight. In addition, the Lead RSN worker is responsible for collaborating with Patient Access, conducting screenings and intakes, and assigning clients to RSN workers. The Lead RSN will work closely with the clinical supervisor to identify workflow trends and opportunities to meet operational excellence and improve quality of services. While this position has no direct supervisory oversight, the Lead RSN plays a key role in service access and as a leader of the RSN team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads RSN workers in navigating resources and service interventions. 

  •  Manages service waitlist 

  •  Assigns cases and coordinates intakes 

  •  Collaborates with Patient Access team and identifies call volume trends 

  •  Manages RSN timekeeping system 

  •  Reviews productivity reports with RSN workers and leads changes needed. 

  •  Completes end of day authorization and charge reconciliation, ensuring that all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner. 

  •  Assumes a limited individual case load, obtains initial prior authorization from the insurance company (if needed), and completes a comprehensive needs assessment of the client. 

  •  Other duties assigned  

    Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work or related human services field required.

    • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to satisfy BILH BS approved driver policy.

    • LADC/CADC preferred.   

     

     

    Pay Range:

    $24.00 – $29.26

    The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
