The Domain Administrator role will be a high level administrator of Active Directory, Directory Services, and Azure AD. The Domain Administrator will help in the troubleshooting of Group Policy, Single Sign-on, and other identity related issues.
Job Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
1. EntraID Support & configuration
2. Onsite Active Directory design and integration. Works closely with IAM team around user creation and termination process
3. M365: Enterprise and Managed Application, MFA, SAML and SSO design and management, Conditional Access Policies
4. Manages Group Policy objects
5. AD Connect troubleshooting and management
6. PowerShell & MSgraph scripting
7. Implementation of Permission and Change tracking tools
8. Certificate management – Internal CA, SSO Application, and Third Party
9. Troubleshooting and escalation of ticket support. Manages 7x24x365 support of online production systems, may be required to carry a pager and be available during off hours.
10. Manages and maintains software patching and update levels.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- High School diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- 5-8 years related work experience required in Active Directory administrator work.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Strong Project management skills Strong Visio and Project skills
- Experience with documentation tools
- Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications.
- May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.
Pay Range:
$90,002.00 USD – $121,130.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
