Beth Israel Deaconess Milton is seeking an Environmental Services Attendant. 

This position is full-time with weekend requirements as well.

Duties include:

Clean isolated areas, ensure equipment used in such areas is sanitized before further use in clean areas.
Clean rooms after patients are discharged. Move furniture. Clean and service operating suites according to established procedures or special instructions.
Utilize a variety of cleaning equipment and cleaning materials in the performance of duties.
Is knowledgeable of and utilizes universal precautions when performing duties which may expose the worker to Blood-borne Pathogens. 
Perform work such as dry mopping, washing, vacuuming areas, dusting walls, floors, doors, air vents, lights. halls, stairways, closets, rooms, nursing stations and related areas.
May be assigned to different areas as required by adjustments in work schedules.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare facility preferred.

    Pay Range:

    $17.00 – $22.88

    The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
