RN Staff Team Leader – Mother Baby Unit – day shift, weekends & holidays required.
Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Team Leader role is a leadership position in Patient Care Services. Directs and provides developmentally appropriate nursing care to patients. Demonstrates a commitment to and performs in accordance with the philosophy, established policies, procedures, and standards of the Nursing Division and the Hospital. Acts as a role model to staff members, promoting excellence in patient care. Is able to effectively manage team work concept. Remains flexible in response to changes.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Previous experience and BSN preferred. Current Massachusetts RN licensure and BCLS and ACLS required. Minimum 2 years recent experience in a level 2 SCN or NICU required. Prior charge nurse experience preferred.
Pay Range:
$37.00 – $84.71
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
