Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, multi-specialty care team at Winchester Primary Care Associates. Enjoy a predictable schedule with no weekend or call responsibilities in a highly supportive environment.

Position Highlights

  • Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of APP experience required.

  • Schedule: 30 hours/week (24 clinical hours / 6 administrative hours).

  • Set Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

  • Patient Population: Adults only (18+).

  • Work-Life Balance: No weekends and no call.

Team & Practice Environment

  • Our Team: 5 MDs, 2 APPs, and a robust clinical support staff.

  • On-Site Services: Ultrasound, OB/GYN, ENT, Neurology, and Rheumatology.

  • Convenience: Nearby lab services and Winchester Hospital is located just 1 mile away.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

  • Experience: 1+ years of practice as an NP or PA.

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Master’s in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.

  • Licensure: Active Massachusetts NP/PA license.

  • Certifications: Valid Federal DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR).

Pay Range:

$85,332.00 USD – $116,064.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
