About the Opportunity
The Lahey Program in Clinical Immunodeficiency is seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to collaborate directly with Dr. Jocelyn Farmer—a national expert in immunodeficiency care—in growing a sub-specialty clinical care program of excellence at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.
Our mission is to build seamless, functional care pipelines that deliver equitable, high-quality outcomes for patients with low immune function. These complex patients often present with:

Recurrent or atypical infections

Autoimmune conditions

Secondary immune deficiencies or underlying malignancies
Backed by strong leadership support and a dedicated administrative team, we are looking for the final key player to complete our collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights

Patient-Centered Care: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing continuity of care and leading communication across a multidisciplinary global care team.

Advanced Diagnostics & Therapies: Order and interpret complex immune diagnostic testing; prescribe and supervise antibody replacement therapy.

Program Innovation: Utilize and continuously help refine evidence-based clinical care pipelines.

Clinical Research: Collaborate with our expanding research team on cutting-edge clinical trials.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program

Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or eligible)

Current Board Certification

Valid DEA registration & MCSR (Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration)

Pay Range:
$133,120.00 USD – $215,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
