Shape the Future of Diabetes Care!

Are you an NP or PA ready to transform lives? Join the Diabetes Program at Lahey Clinic as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA). In this highly collaborative role, you will deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care within a premier academic-affiliated medical center, blending complex clinical practice with teaching and research opportunities. You will manage diverse cases and lead clinical quality initiatives across the entire continuum of care. A structured, experience-based orientation and dedicated onboarding will be provided!

Key Responsibilities

  • Outpatient Care: Evaluate and manage patients in an ambulatory setting, optimizing treatments and delivering education.

  • Inpatient Consultation: Provide multidisciplinary, safe, and effective glycemic management for hospitalized patients.

  • Quality Improvement: Drive inpatient population health outreach and care delivery initiatives.

  • Care Coordination: Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and diabetes educators for seamless continuity of care.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical Diabetes Management experience.

  • License: Current, unencumbered Massachusetts NP or PA license with prescriptive authority. (Must apply for NH license upon hire if not already held).

  • Education: Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.

  • Certification: BC-ADM (Advanced Diabetes Management) OR CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) required.

  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a passion for collaborative, team-based care.

Job Details & Schedule

  • Location: Lahey Hospital & Medical Center

  • Setting: Blend of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

  • Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week with a shared weekend and holiday rotation

Pay Range:

$133,120.00 USD – $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
