Job Description:

The Lahey Diabetes Advanced Practice Clinician Fellowship is a 12-month postgraduate training program designed for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants seeking advanced clinical training in diabetes management and endocrinology. 

Through hands-on clinical experience, structured education, and dedicated mentorship, fellows develop expertise in: 

  • Outpatient and inpatient diabetes management 

  • Diabetes technology, including CGM and insulin pump therapy 

  • Diagnostic interpretation and treatment planning 

  • Patient and caregiver education 

  • Interdisciplinary team-based care 

  • Exposure to endocrinology practice across multiple clinical settings 

Program Highlights 

  • 12-month, full-time fellowship 

  • Rotations in Burlington and Peabody 

  • Structured didactic curriculum and weekly educational sessions 

  • Mentorship from experienced advanced practice clinicians and endocrinologists 

  • Diabetes conference attendance with reimbursement 

  • Four weeks of vacation plus personal time

  • New graduate Physician Assistants 

  • Nurse Practitioners with prior RN or NP experience

Pay Range:

$93,000.00 USD – $93,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
