Job Description:

Lahey Hospital and Medical Center is looking for a skilled and dedicated Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join our accomplished and growing Neurocritical Care team.

Our Team & Your Role: You'll be part of a dynamic team of 5 neurointensivists and 10 Advanced Practitioners in our 9-bed Neurosciences Critical Care Unit (NCCU), which will to grow to 12 beds in the next year. This is a primary critical care role where you'll collaborate with attending neurointensivists to manage adult patients with severe neurological and neurosurgical conditions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Patient history and physical exams

  • Developing and executing diagnostic and treatment plans

  • Interpreting lab work, imaging, and physiological data

  • Communicating with patients and families

  • Performing procedures like arterial and central line placement

What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, compassionate Advanced Practitioner with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work semi-autonomously. While prior experience in neurocritical care or critical care is a plus, it's not required. We value a commitment to providing outstanding patient care and being an outstanding teammate, and a passion for teaching and quality improvement.

Pay Range:

$133,120.00 USD – $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
