Are you a CRNA looking for a dynamic role in a leading academic medical center? Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington, MA, part of BILH, is actively seeking talented CRNAs to join our collaborative Department of Anesthesia.
About Our Department
Our team is a large, integrated group of highly skilled professionals, including:
- 50+ physicians
- 24 anesthesia residents
- 20+ CRNAs
- NPs, PAs, technicians, and administrative staff
We provide state-of-the-art anesthesia and pain management services for approximately 25,000 cases annually across all anesthetizing locations at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. We're committed to patient and colleague satisfaction, guided by the principles of Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.
Qualified candidates must have:
- Current CRNA certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Current Massachusetts Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing (BORN).
- ACLS certification.
Recent or pending nurse anesthetist graduates are welcome to apply! You must be eligible for the NBCRNA National Certification Exam and obtain your Massachusetts APRN licensure.

Pay Range:
$286,400.00 USD – $286,400.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
