Job Description:

Under the supervision of the director of rehabilitation services, the clinical coordinator will assist in the management and direction of both the inpatient and outpatient departments. One half of the coordinators time is spent in direct patient care in their area of expertise. The candidate will be accountable to define and implement policies and standards for PT, OT, Speech and Audiology. The clinical coordinator will initiate student internships and training programs at NHC facilities, coordinate development of current professional and work with individual therapists to develop product line specialties.

Essential Role Responsibilities including but not limited to:

-Supervisory responsibilities

-Patient Care

-Documentation

-Department Developmental Responsibilities

-Participates in preceptorship of new employees.

-Develops and conducts educational programs for staff members, Evaluates and recommends appropriate educational materials.

Education/Experience:
College graduate with a minimum of a BS in a rehabilitation field (masters preferred) with 3-5 years of clinical experience,

Certification/License:
Current Massachusetts license in respective field
BCLS

 

 

Pay Range:

$93,683.00 USD – $131,186.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
