CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Clinical Supervisor to support our OB/GYN practice across Haverhill and Newburyport (approximately 20 minutes apart). This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about supporting both patients and care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a clinical resource for triage nurses, providing guidance on patient care, medical decision-making, and complex cases
  • Lead and facilitate high-risk patient meetings
  • Collaborate closely with the birth center to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Oversee a team of 6–8 Medical Assistants, including scheduling and daily workflow management
  • Support the medical operations of the practice, ensuring efficient and high-quality care delivery

Pay Range:

$88,400.00 USD – $118,975.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
