Gastroenterologist – Beth Israel Lahey Health, Winchester Hospital 

Winchester, MA 

Join our growing team at Beth Israel Lahey Health, Winchester Hospital, as a Gastroenterologist, working exclusively in a high-quality community setting (CMS 5-Star, Leapfrog Safety Grade A). 

About the Role: 

  • Work alongside employed and private physicians. 

  • See a wide variety of GI and liver-related problems, including:  

  • Inflammatory bowel disease 

  • Liver disease 

  • Biliary tract disorders 

  • Pancreatic diseases 

  • Colon cancer 

  • Esophageal disorders 

About Winchester Hospital: 

  • 200+ bed community hospital. 

  • Four-time Magnet Status designated. 

  • Separate ASC and Endoscopy Suite. 

  • Member of  Beth Israel Lahey Health Specialty Care (BILHSC) affiliated group of employed specialists working exclusively at Winchester Hospital. 

Qualifications: 

  • BC/BE in Gastroenterology. 

  • Must possess or be eligible for a Massachusetts license. 

 

 

Pay Range:

$450,000.00 USD – $550,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
