This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring Employee Health surveillance and compliance programs including the Respiratory Fit Test Program. Perform several functions as the liaison with employees, managers, fit test champions, vendors. Coordinates fit testing, scheduling and documentation. Monitor and report on the results of fit testing. Project management within the Employee Health department in other areas including but not limited to colleague flu vaccination program; employee health surveillance programs. This position will provide general administrative support to the department as needed. The Employee Health’ Project coordinator possesses knowledge of employee health, occupational health, and regulatory requirements.
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:

Efficiently organize and manage fit-testing and data collection for varying numbers of employees presenting for fit test sessions.

Prepare for and organize execution of fit testing sessions.

Ensure that employees have completed the respirator medical clearance prior to having a fit test.

Clean and store equipment properly after each session.

Ensure accuracy of fit testing records in the electronic medical record system.

Provide Train the Trainer programs supporting fit test champion roles.

Monitor compliance with respirator fit testing; generate compliance data and provide to Employee Health leadership.

Perform other administrative functions in the department as requested.

Program coordination for other Employee Health initiatives and surveillance programs such as influenza vaccination; research medical surveillance; animal worker screening.

Works independently on assigned projects; works as an effective member of the Employee Health team.

Interfaces with and collaborates with organization managers and leaders.

Required Qualifications:

Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1-3 years of related experience preferred.

Proficiency with electronic systems such as Workday, Microsoft Office tools, Electronic Medical Records (Epic).

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.

Maintains high standards of confidentiality in spoken word and written documentation.

Licensure: Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive to all locations.
Pay Range:
$23.15 – $31.16
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
