Job Description:

Leland is an 18 bed DMH/DPH licensed acute psychiatric service, located within Beverly Hospital. 

The mission of the Inpatient Behavioral Health Service is to provide the highest level of professional mental health and substance abuse care possible within an environment of respect, dignity and inclusion of our clients and patients in their recovery and rehabilitation with the goal for the individual to regain in dependence and reintegration into their communities, famil8ies, and employment.  

Our staff recognizes the critical importance of the integration of care between medicine and behavioral health and actively promotes collaboration between Hospitalist, PDP’s and other medical providers involved in a patients care. 
 

Requirements 

Bachelors in nursing preferred from an accredited school of nursing with current professional license registration in Massachusetts. 

-BLS required.  

Exhibits ability to be competent in the following areas: 
1. Psychotropic medication administration and monitoring 
2. Drug and alcohol withdrawal 
3. Leading a group 
4. De-escalation/Restraint Management 

 

 

 

Pay Range:

$36.00 – $79.12

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.  The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
