Job Description:
Position Summary:Assumes responsibility to lead team in providing quality patient care. Demonstrates a commitment to evidence-based practice and performs in accordance with the philosophy, established policies, procedures, and standards of the Nursing Division and the Hospital. Assess, plans, implements and evaluates patient care from admission to discharge. Able to effectively monitor and dose anticoagulants, including both oral and injectable. Is responsible to direct, assign, and supervise ancillary staff team members in providing the appropriate level of care in the most efficient manner. Acts as a role model to staff members. Is able to effectively manage team work concept. Remains flexible in response to changes.
Pay Range:
$37.00 – $84.71
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
