About the Role

We are seeking a Resource RN (Rapid Response) to serve as an off-shift clinical expert supporting direct care providers under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor. This role is part of the off-shift clinical resource team and is essential in delivering real-time clinical care, guidance, and support across patient care environments.

As a Resource RN, you will be the go-to expert during off shifts—stepping in where your clinical expertise, judgment, and leadership skills can make the greatest impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide in-the-moment clinical care and coaching to direct care providers
  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff during off-shift hours
  • Support regulatory readiness initiatives
  • Educate and support staff around practice changes
  • Gather performance and quality data
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical inquiry to guide and improve care

Required Education & Experience

  • 2 years minimum PCU, ICU and/or Emergency Room experience required

Required Certifications & License

  • Massachusetts RN license
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required

Pay Range:

$36.00 – $79.12

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.  The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
