  • 10 state-of-the-art ORs on our main campus
  • 4 additional ORs at the BILH Care Center in Danvers

We support a broad range of surgical specialties, including orthopedics, gynecology, general surgery, vascular, spine, pediatrics, urology, robotics, and ENT.

About the Program

  • Start Date: September 2026
  • Spots Available: 1 Registered Nurse
  • Blended didactic education + hands-on, precepted clinical experience
  • Full-time clinical orientation until OR competency is achieved
  • Typical training timeline: 9–12 months
  • Two-year commitment to the Beverly Hospital OR required upon completion

Role Highlights
As an Operating Room RN, you will:

  • Deliver safe, high-quality perioperative patient care
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care across the perioperative continuum
  • Collaborate with and direct interdisciplinary team members to ensure efficient, patient-centered care

Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts RN license
  • BLS certification
  • Perioperative exposure preferred but not required

Pay Range:

$36.00 – $79.12

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.  The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
