Responsible for ensuring a secure computing environment throughout the organization. Implement security services, systems, policies, and procedures for protecting information assets from threats, both external and internal. Provide advanced skills in the design, delivery and ongoing support on security implementations.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

Participates in the evaluation, installation, maintenance and technical support of the BILH security strategy and product lines,
for Windows, Macintosh and Linux enterprise computing environment. Contributes to the ongoing support and maintenance
of BILH IT systems. (essential)
Collaborates on the implementation of mobile business solutions, as well as emerging technologies that require testing,
development and deployment including Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Linux based systems. (essential)
Implements and maintains security software systems. (essential)
Provides support and assistance in the management of third-party application patching, vulnerability scanning and risk
mitigation for Windows, Mac OS and Linux systems. (essential)
Assists in the review of systems logs and reports to detect recurring security issues or errors as well as performing root cause
analysis and resolution. Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from other IT Shared Service teams regarding
errors, problems, or technical/technology questions, including providing support for Incident Response. (essential)
Develops, maintains and analyzes performance measurements and metrics that enable identification, reporting and review of
the major indicators of quality, effectiveness and success. (essential)
Contributes to the security review of desktop applications required for use by departments and/or IT personnel (essential)
Assists in the regular review of endpoint security procedures, including health checks, system remediation and vulnerability
management. (essential)
Performs related duties as assigned. (essential)
Required to be on-call periodically. (essential)

Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.
3-5 years related work experience required in security-related or technical support work experience required.
Working knowledge/experience of network systems security principles and applications.
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Java, VBS) and/or SQL database skills.
Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in data/trend analysis and report creation.
Experience in programming/OS scripting.
Working knowledge of malware analysis.

7. Team Work: Ability to work collaboratively in small teams to improve the operations of immediate work group by offering
ideas, identifying issues, and respecting team members.
8. Customer Service: Ability to provide a high level of customer service and staff training to meet customer service standards
and expectations for the assigned unit(s). Resolves service issues in the assigned unit(s) in a timely and respectful manner.

 

 

Pay Range:

$110,240.00 USD – $141,440.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
