Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for managing the projects in Technology & Innovation service line. TPM will develop and execute project plans with a deep understanding of technical requirements and influence stakeholders and cross- functional team members to drive to successful outcomes. The TPM will exhibit strong management skills as well as make individual contributions and will contribute to a highly collaborative and integrated culture across the organization. Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, define, and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules/deliverables; establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of project/program. (essential)
Oversee development of integrated testing, validation, development of training materials, and the conduct of the training (essential)
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones (essential)
Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects (essential)
Define, identify, secure, and coordinate internal and external resources and expertise, as appropriate, for the program/project implementation (essential)
Drive functional and technical specifications to completion, engage effectively with key stakeholders, identify and set success criteria and have a full understanding of the project life cycle. (essential)
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiative (essential)
Facilitate the project team discussion to define the process for identifying and documenting issues in a project and recommending corrective action. Takes the lead in the issue resolution process and identifies project priorities when resolving issues. (essential)
Communicates the status of issue management activities to project team members and organizational stakeholders. (essential)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field required. More than 10 years related work experience required in project management and/or software development /system management experience. Knowledge and experience using basic and intermediate project management tools and techniques Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidate will have a proven track record of producing quality deliverables on time, taking ownership and accountability of assignments and demonstrating a strong work ethic
Pay Range:
$125,008.00 USD – $168,244.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
