This year-long program provides a strong foundation through dedicated mentorship, hands-on preceptorship, and ongoing education. You’ll build clinical leadership skills, strengthen your decision-making, and gain valuable experience delivering high-quality patient care—all while being supported every step of the way.

About Our Current Opportunities:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- MA RN License required.
- AHA Basic Life Support required.
- Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.

Pay Range:
$37.14 – $82.22
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
