I started my pharmacy career 25 years ago with no experience, and thanks to the countless opportunities BILH has provided through tuition reimbursement, training programs, and mentorship, I’ve been able to work my way up the career ladder to my current role as Pharmacy Technician and Student Manager.  The support from both BIDMC and the pharmacy department leadership has been invaluable.

What truly sets us apart from other places I’ve worked is our dedication, collaboration, and commitment to excellence. One of the most rewarding experiences during my time here was contributing to the COVID response. As Pharmacy Technicians, we had a unique opportunity to become certified to administer COVID-19 vaccines. I was proud to help set up employee and community vaccine clinics and assist in vaccinating thousands of employees and patients.

I am truly grateful for the supportive environment here at BIDMC.
