Beth Israel Lahey Health has been instrumental in supporting my professional growth and development throughout my career. I began my journey in April 2012 as a Radiology Tech Aide at Lahey. Within a few months, I transitioned into a full-time X-ray Technologist role, eventually taking on added responsibilities as the Charge Tech in the Operating Room—coordinating technologists and managing fluoroscopy workflow. On September 8, 2014, I advanced into MRI, where I was hired full-time as an MRI Technologist. Over time, I assumed the Charge MRI Technologist role during my shift, further honing my leadership and clinical skills. In March 2025, I was honored to step into the position of MRI Chief / Lead Technologist at the BILH Exeter site—a role I proudly serve in today. At every stage, BILH has provided the opportunities, mentorship, and support that have allowed me to grow into a leadership position within the organization. I have only been with Exeter a few short months and they have already set me up to attend a conference in Boston to obtain my MRSO credentials.
