I joined the Urology team at Beverly, MA as a new graduate and have been with them ever since. My role involves providing compassionate, specialized care to patients while supporting the surgical and clinical needs of the team. I was inspired to join BILH because of the incredibly welcoming, caring, and hardworking coworkers who made me feel like part of a team from day one. What I enjoy most about working for BILH Urology is their encouragement towards me to maximize my skills, including assisting in complex cases, hands on procedures, inpatient/outpatient work, and managing patient panels. The strong collaboration and mutual respect within our team makes every day fulfilling and motivating. Having a group of coworkers that care and work as hard as the group I work with makes coming to work easy and creates an environment for all to thrive.
