My name is Lisa Rebello, and I have been a registered nurse for nearly 30 years, a milestone I will reach in 2026. Since March 2021, I have had the privilege of serving as the Ambulatory RN Lead at Beth Israel Lahey Health.

Our office is quite unique within the primary and specialty care landscape, as we are the only facility in our network to perform infusions directly onsite. Often, patients come in for scheduled visits and require treatments such as IV antibiotics, IV fluids, or lab work—all of which we provide here. We take great pride in minimizing the need for patients to visit the emergency room or urgent care through these offerings.

Additionally, we maintain a full schedule booking other IV infusions, including intravenous iron. Our team works closely with primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nephrologists to deliver comprehensive care.

I am particularly proud of the cohesive teamwork among my coworkers. Together, we create a supportive environment that patients truly appreciate, as it spares them the inconvenience and stress of ER visits.

Working at Beth Israel Lahey Health, especially within our office, provides an exceptional collaborative atmosphere. We have open lines of communication with doctors, managers, and leadership who listen and respect our input. It genuinely feels like a family here.
