Join Our Hospitalist Team at Beverly Hospital

Beverly Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is currently hiring for both nocturnist and day hospitalist positions.

The Division of Hospital Medicine

Our team is made up of over 60 physicians and 10 advanced practitioners, with 25 of those physicians based at Beverly Hospital. We operate on a 7-on, 7-off block schedule. We're a democratic, supportive group where your contributions are valued.

Candidate Requirements

We're looking for dedicated physicians with strong academic backgrounds, including Residency Training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. You must be committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. We'll also cover interview and relocation expenses, and assist with licensing, visas, and all other on-boarding needs.

Pay Range:

$290,000.00 USD – $316,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
