About the Program:

  • 12-month, paid fellowship for new PA/NP grads.

Program Structure:

  • Phase 1: Foundational Learning: Observation, systems training, project planning.
  • Phase 2: Primary Care Integration: Work with preceptors, partial patient schedule.
  • Phase 3: Specialty Rotations: Focused training in key areas.
  • Phase 4: Independent Practice: Manage your own patient panel with support.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Manage complex medical and preventive care needs.
  • Deliver coordinated, cost-effective care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and teams.

Program Details:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week) with paid time off.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • New PA/NP graduates from accredited programs.
  • Physician Assistants:
    • NCCPA board-certified (or exam registered).
    • Massachusetts PA license (or eligible).
  • Nurse Practitioners:
    • AANP or ANCC certified.
    • Massachusetts NP license (or eligible).
  • Additional:
    • MA DEA and DPH Controlled Substances Registration.
    • Prescriptive authority agreements.
    • Completed application, CV, and recommendation letter.

Pay Range:

$87,000.00 USD – $88,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
