Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Outpatient Cardiology Clinic on a part-time basis.

About the Role:

  • Setting: Fast-paced, busy Outpatient Clinic located in Peabody, MA

  • Hours: Part-time (20 clinical hours/week)

    • NO call, NO weekends, NO holidays

  • Team: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Cardiologists, Advanced Practitioners, and Nurses.

  • Focus: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care to adult patients.

Key Responsibilities (What you’ll do):

  • Perform comprehensive Cardiovascular assessments and risk evaluations.

  • Diagnose & manage a broad range of CV conditions, including:

    • Coronary Artery Disease

    • Hypertension & Dyslipidemia

    • Valvular Disease

    • Arrhythmia & Heart Failure

  • Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans.

  • Coordinate care with Primary Care and subspecialty referrals.

  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.

  • Assist with team in-basket management.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure clinical compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years of Cardiology APP experience REQUIRED

  • License: Current, unencumbered Massachusetts NP or PA License with prescriptive authority.

  • Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited NP or PA program.

  • Certification: Certification by a national board certifying organization.

Pay Range:

$66,757.60 USD – $90,781.60 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
