Winchester Hospital, a 5x Magnet designated and Top Massachusetts recognized 226-bed regional hospital, is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area.
We are seeking a Certified Wound Care RN for our Inpatient Wound Care Team.
In this role, you will:

Serve as a clinical expert, utilizing current knowledge and research to provide consultation, education, and clinical support for patients, caregivers, and staff in the areas of wound, ostomy, and continence care.

Collaboratively work with all members of the health care team, the patient, and the patient’s family to achieve expected outcomes.

Practice in accordance with Winchester Hospital’s policies and procedures and the scope of practice for Registered Nurses in Massachusetts.
Qualifications include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.

Massachusetts Registered Nurse License.

Certified Wound Certification (CWCN) required. Interest in obtaining your Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse (CWON) certification or Wound, Ostomy and Continence certification (CWOCN) is strongly preferred.

At least two years of recent professional nursing experience with wound care.

Active membership in a professional organization is preferred.
Pay Range:
$37.08 – $92.84
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
