🏥 Critical Care APP (NP/PA) 

Lahey Hospital & Medical Center / Beth Israel Lahey Health 

🌟 The Opportunity 

Join the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine as a highly motivated and committed Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for our dynamic critical care service. 

You will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary team caring for critically ill patients across three ICUs: 

  • LHMC Burlington 

  • Beverly Hospital 

  • Winchester Hospital 

This role requires independent critical thinking and patient care management in a fast-paced environment. 

🔑 Key Responsibilities 

The Critical Care APP will handle a broad range of responsibilities, including: 

  • Daily rounds and management of critical illnesses. 

  • Performing common bedside procedures. 

  • Ventilator management. 

  • Managing ICU admissions and critical care consults. 

  • Bed flow management. 

  • Serving on the LHMC Medical Emergency Team and responding to all hospital emergencies. 

🗓️ Schedule & Locations 

This is a rotational role covering day, night, and weekend responsibilities across all three affiliated hospitals.

Required Experience 

  • Prior experience and a strong interest in critical care medicine is strongly preferred

Pay Range:

$133,120.00 USD – $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
