Registered Nurse, Hematology/Oncology 36 Nights Rotating weekends and holiday

Job Description:

Education:  
Graduate of a 2-4 year state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing  

 

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:  
a. Demonstrates the necessary clinical skills and technical knowledge to provide care for patients according to Nursing Policy and Procedures. See Skill Record.  
b. Demonstrates the necessary clinical skills and knowledge to provide care for patients according to the clinic specific competencies.  
c. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.  

  

Qualifications: 

  

BSN preferred  

At least 1 year of previous of Nursing experience in acute care or sub-acute setting required  

Current Massachusetts registered Nurse license required.  

Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification required Demonstrate critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills  

Lifting 75 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs  

 

 

Pay Range:

$37.00 – $95.37

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
