Job Description:

BILH Care Center of Danvers is an outpatient surgery center that consists of 4 operating rooms located in Danvers, MA. We provide a wide range of specialties including: orthopedics, GYN, general surgery, pediatrics, Urology, ENT, oculoplastic, plastic surgery, podiatry, pain and cataracts. 

The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe patient care for patients undergoing operative and other invasive procedures. As a Registered Nurse ( RN) for our Outpatient Team, you will be responsible for the following: Completed assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient. Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes. 

Per Diem—-Potential to float to Beverly Hospital Operating Room. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing( BSN) preferred 

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts 

  • Basic Life Support ( BLS) required 

  • CNOR preferred 

  • At least 1-2  years of work experience in an operating room environment required, or graduated from a Periop101 educational program.

 

 

Pay Range:

$36.00 – $79.12

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.  The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
