Job Description:
-Collaborate with school adjustment counselors, teachers, administration and families.
-Provide individualized counseling to student caseload grades 9-12 building skills in CBT, DBT and mindfulness.
-Facilitate groups in the GHS community to teach and practice social skills and to provide psychoeducation.
-Assess students in crisis, work with emergency services and appropriate treatment placements to address mental health needs.
-Collaborate and support the SAGA (sexuality and gender acceptance group) club.
-Teach teen mental health first aid during homerooms. Collaborate with Health class initiatives.
Pay Range:
$35.00 USD – $45.27 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
