Make a Difference as a Registered Nurse at Tewksbury Treatment Center!
Are you a Registered Nurse passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care? Tewksbury Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care within our specialized detoxification program. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll foster a safe and therapeutic environment, treating patients with compassion and professionalism as they embark on their recovery from alcohol and/or other drugs. Our goal is to offer crucial medical and emotional support during a pivotal stage of recovery in a safe and therapeutic environment. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, therapeutic, and professional environment for our clients.
As a valued member of our nursing team, you will:
Monitor and report patient symptoms, treatment reactions, and changes in safety status.
Administer medications accurately and safely.
Collaborate with the treatment team to provide health information and maintain comprehensive medical records.
Respond effectively to patient care needs and assist with activities of daily living, fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Actively participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
A valid and current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current CPR certification.
Experience in addiction treatment services is a plus, but new graduates with a passion for this field are encouraged to apply.
Schedule: Per diem. Various shift/schedules available.
