Administrative Associate Birth Registrar 9AM-2PM

Job Description:

Position Summary:

Interface with Postpartum patients to complete birth certificates in accordance with Massachusetts regulations. Complete data entry into State databases. Candidate must demonstrate attention to detail and have strong interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School graduate. Successful completion of Administrative Associate training or previous medical secretary/medical records experience preferred. Medical terminology preferred. Computer experience required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must become a notary public.

This is a part time position 9 AM-2 PM.
*Every other weekend required.
