As a Clinician on our team, you will provide vital mental health and/or substance use services via our outpatient clinic, school-based, and telehealth settings. You'll work with diverse individuals, couples, groups, and families, with opportunities to creatively design group programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform thorough clinical assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

  • Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide skilled clinical interventions to foster client growth and change.

  • Manage continuing care needs, including aftercare and support services.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and meet productivity targets.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and insurance standards (including commercial and Mass Health).

  • Engage in regular supervision and cultivate strong professional relationships.

  • Demonstrate autonomy and effective time management, with availability for 1-2 evenings weekly.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Independent license: LICSW or LMHC.
