Our MRI department plays a vital role in helping patients regain mobility and independence.

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist Lead to guide day-to-day operations in a high-performing, patient-centered environment. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee clinical and technical operations, support staff development, and partner closely with radiologists to ensure state-of-the-art imaging protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI exams and assess each patient’s readiness and safety, including screening for contraindications.
• Supervise daily operations of the MRI unit, including technologist scheduling, imaging protocols, and equipment quality control.
• Train, onboard, and mentor MRI staff; coordinate workflow to maximize efficiency and care quality.
• Collaborate with radiologists to maintain and enhance imaging protocols.
• Monitor supply inventory, manage capital equipment needs, and oversee compliance with regulatory standards such as Joint Commission and Radiation Safety.
• Lead departmental quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Support a professional, patient-focused atmosphere in alignment with NEBH’s values.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT (MRI) certification
• 1–3 years of related experience in MRI
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Comfortable with leading in a fast-paced yet structured setting
