Advance your oncology nursing career in one of the region’s most comprehensive and collaborative cancer care environments!
Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic 7 West team – a 35-bed inpatient unit that delivers high-quality, inpatient care to a mix of Hematology/Oncology, telemetry, and med/surg patients. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your clinical expertise in a fast-paced and supportive setting, while being part of the nationally recognized Sophia Gordon Cancer Center at LHMC.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver patient-centered care for a diverse mix of oncology, med/surg, and telemetry patients
Monitor and manage patients undergoing chemotherapy and cancer treatment
Collaborate closely with providers, case managers, pharmacists, and other team members
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
Contribute to continuous quality improvement and best practice initiatives
Engage in clinical development and continuing education opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:
Current ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Fundamentals administration card preferred, or completion of courses within six months of hire (company supported)
Comfort with telemetry monitoring is a plus, on the job training provided
Minimum Requirements:
MA Registered Nurse license
BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
Passion for hematology/oncology
