The Credentialed Trainer 2 delivers end-user training to a diverse healthcare audience for assigned BILH Enterprise application(s) or project(s). The Credentialed Trainer 2, in conjunction with the Principal Trainer, will design, develop, and deliver courseware and presentations that support multiple learning styles for colleagues. With the Principal Trainer, the Credentialed Trainer Associate will develop standards, and strategies and utilize technologies to instruct and educate colleagues across the organization. The Credentialed Trainer 2 works closely with Principal Trainers, peers, and Team Lead on assigned project(s). Credentialed Trainer 2’s will help develop the skillset of CT Is and support a variety of applications and systems.

Job Description:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to: 
1.    Deliver training, assessments, remediation, and facilitate support for applications/projects.
2.    Partner with the Principal Trainers in the development, creation, and management of all aspects of the training material.
3.    Monitor the effects of training via end-user shadowing/rounding. Share observations with the Training Lead and Principal Trainer for enhancements in training techniques.
4.    Maintain credentialed status and demonstrate the skills and knowledge to independently train, and support multiple product applications.
5.    Communicates effectively and professionally while consistently adhering to customer service standards.
6.    Manage work to meet deliverables. Escalate any issues that may adversely impact deliverables.
7.    Manage and multitask on several assigned training project tasks.
8.    Serve as an expert on assigned training projects and transfer knowledge to other team members.
9.    Demonstrate knowledge of adult learning Theories.
10.    With minimal oversight, participate in the revision of training content and program delivery methods based on the learner's needs, organizational goals, and healthcare trends.
11.    Participate in the interview process, as directed by department management, to assess the technical knowledge of prospective applicants and contractors.
12.    Provides training and mentoring to other team and/or department members.
13.    Participate in the onboarding of new Credentialed Trainer including working with the Principal Trainer to arrange and successfully credential trainers
14.    Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Education:    Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Licensure, Certification & Registration:    

Credentialed in 3 Epic applications
Experience:    3 - 5 years of experience with adult education, instructional design, and direct experience in the Epic Electronic Health Record implementation, training, and support. Must be credentialed in three Epic applications.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:    Bachelor's Degree in computer science/information systems, healthcare, business, education, or equivalent.
